Design Notes

The NCBI Reference Sequence of this part was extracted from the Genbank database (NM_001336219.1) after the BLAST result of the fasta sequence from the riboswitch's solved (by Thore S., et al.) tertiary structure PDB entry (PDB DOI: 10.2210/pdb3D2G/pdb). Then, this gene ID was exported to UCSC Genome Browser. There, only the 3' UTR of the mRNA was selected.
